The Rotary Club of Los Alamitos/Seal Beach and other area clubs support the Estado 29 Orphanage located outside Ensenada, Mexico.  

Supporting an Orphanage in Mexico is an adventure all in itself, but when you see the rewards, it’s amazing!

This support has taken the form of upgrading of facilities as well as general operating funding.  Philanthropy has been combined with comradery with a weekend cruises from Long Beach to the orphanage to meet the children, complete small service projects and taste wines from the region.    

Our last trip was in 2019 due to Covid, but we plan to get get back down there in the coming year. 

These are fun trips that are meaningful and provide an opportunity to provide service to the kids at the orphanage.
