Student of the Month: Brock Hurt

We announce that our December Rotary Student of the Month: Brock Hurt!
Brock is a senior in the Los Alamitos High School engineering program. He along with 160+ other students have a engineering focused academic program the prepares them to pursue an engineering degree in college.
His teacher, Mr. Valenzuela says, “Brock is one of my engineering students that has endured studying all three levels of engineering at the high school and performs exceptionally well in his academic studies. He is dedicated to continuing his learning, and is always ready to learn and improve his engineering skillset. Brock displays great qualities of a learner and continues to work hard to purse his academic goals.”
Brock is focused on mechanical engineering as he enjoys seeing a project start with an idea or concept and become something in the real world.
We are very pleased to honor Brock for his effort and leadership with a $200 gift
